We guarantee that all our standard VPS configurations will be set up within 1 business day. Longer setup times may include server custom configurations and payment approval time.

Q: Do you provide Uptime guarantee?

Yes, we guarantee a 99.9% uptime excluding scheduled maintenances in sum of no more than 2 hours per month with prior notifications.

Q: Will I have superuser/root access at my VPS/dedicated server?

Yes, on all VPS Plans and Dedicated servers you will have full root access.

Q: Who will manage my server?

By default all VPS/servers are unmanaged, that means you have root access and responsible for your server. In other case if you sign for system administration package we will manage your VPS/server and will care for all aspects of it’s security and stability.

Q: What kind of content can I host?

You can host any content you like unless it legal, also please have a look to our T.O.S. and Privacy policy for more detailed information.

Q: What server management software can I use?

With each offer for VPS and dedicated plans you can choose ISP Manager Lite software which can be provided for you with installation service.

Q: Can I upgrade my VPS to dedicated server?

Yes, exactly you can. Just contact us for this procedure and we’ll process it. Migration is free for our customers.

Q: How can I get support?
